The Specialist/Quality Improvement is responsible for directing quality assurance activities which include systematically and periodically examining, surveying and sampling the division’s operational procedures, practices, plans, policies, standards, field installations and documentation in order to identify deficiencies and best practices within the division. This position conducts quality-training programs as appropriate.
