The Superintendent of the Ocean Sciences Division is responsible for the conception, planning and formulation of the scientific program of the Division in pursuance of the military defense of the United States. He/she provides the technical and administrative leadership required to ensure that significant and productive accomplishments flow from that program.  Thes a recognized authority in the field of oceanography, marine geosciences and associated technology. As the Superintendent: You will provide the technical and administrative leadership required to ensure that significant and productive accomplishments flow from that program. You will conduct a program of research, development, test, and evaluation leading to the creation, adoption, and application o
